Nevada Museum of Art – Clean Power for a Reno Landmark
Simple Power installed a rooftop solar system for the Nevada Museum of Art in downtown Reno, quietly generating clean energy above one of the city’s cultural centerpieces. The 182-module array sits on a ballasted mounting system, meaning no penetrations into the museum’s roof, a fitting approach for a building that houses irreplaceable work. Producing over 76 kW of clean power at full output, the system lets the museum reduce its environmental footprint while continuing to do what it does best: showcase art and inspire the community.
